Summary
As enacted, expands the duties of the medicaid fraud control unit of the Tennessee bureau of investigation to include investigation of complaints of abuse, neglect and financial exploitation of medicaid recipients in any setting; allows the director of the Tennessee bureau of investigation to create new divisions within the bureau as necessary. - Amends TCA Title 38 and Title 71.
