Summary
As introduced, on or after July 1, 2015, bans the use of unmanned traffic enforcement cameras by political subdivisions unless any fines, fees, or additional court costs collected by a local government through the use of unmanned traffic enforcement cameras are transferred to the state for student assistance award purposes. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 4 and Section 55-8-198.
