Summary
As introduced, provides for the release of records of domestic violence shelters, rape crisis centers, and human trafficking service providers to the department of children's services for the purpose of investigating known or suspected child abuse or neglect or child sexual abuse; requires the department of children's services to maintain confidentiality of the records received. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3.
