Summary
As introduced, adds information to be provided by the department of safety in a report detailing seizures for the previous calendar year and provided to the speakers of the senate and the house of representatives and the chairs of the appropriate committees; requires that an affidavit in support of a forfeiture warrant include information as to whether criminal charges have been filed against the owner of the property or the person in possession of the property at the time of seizure. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 33.
