Summary
Subject to local approval, authorizes the legislative body to adopt rules and regulations for the implementation and administration of the hotel motel tax, including the collection and remittance of the tax by a hotel operator and liability of such operator for delinquent tax payments. - Amends Chapter 43 of the Private Acts of 2003.
