Summary
As introduced, requires the mayor and chief law enforcement officer of a municipality to submit an oath to the comptroller of the treasury committing to assist the United States in the enforcement of all criminal and immigration laws in order for the municipality to continue to receive its allocation of the state sales tax; violators will lose such allocation for the longer of 12 months or until a new signed oath is received. - Amends TCA Section 67-6-103.
