Summary
As introduced, requires a written memorandum of understanding between a law enforcement agency and a LEA for school policing to include employment standards, hours of training, hours of work and assignment to specific schools; requires under such agreements that alternative schools be staffed by school resource officers who are full time. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 8, Part 1; Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 34 and Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 42.
