Summary

As introduced, exempts new specialty earmarked license plates for which the funds are allocated to, and used by, a nonprofit organization to support state historic sites from meeting the minimum initial issuance requirement of 1,000 plates and the minimum issuance requirement of 800 plates upon renewal. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 4.
