Summary
As enacted, authorizes the alcoholic beverage commission to issue temporary licenses for consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises, subject to payment of a $50.00 licensing fee; revises certain provisions regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption at a club. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 4 and Title 57, Chapter 5.
