Summary
As introduced, makes it a Class A misdemeanor offense for any owner, occupant, or other person, having a lawful right to the exclusive use and enjoyment of real property, to knowingly allow any person under 21 years of age to drink or possess alcoholic beverages or beer while present on or within such real property; establishes a parental exception. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 4 and Title 57, Chapter 10, Part 1.
