Summary
As introduced, extends prohibition on smoking in places of employment to fire stations of volunteer fire departments or companies recognized under title 68, chapter 102, part 3 as well as to those of political subdivisions; includes volunteer fire fighters under the definition of employee for purposes of such prohibition. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 18.
