Summary
As enacted, revises the requirement for automatic revocation of a public charter school agreement to apply only if certain conditions exist; prohibits the 2022 and 2023 priority school list from being considered as one of the priority school cycles required for automatic revocation of a public charter school agreement. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 13.
