Summary

As introduced, requires the administrative office of the courts to submit an annual report by January 15 of each year to the governor, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives detailing the number of actions brought in the courts of this state for a violation of the Families' Rights and Responsibilities Act, whether the plaintiff in each such action prevailed, and, if the plaintiff prevailed, the person or entity found in violation. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 36; Title 37; Title 49; Title 63 and Title 68.
