Summary
As introduced, requires law enforcement officers, school resource officers, or other school security officers to report to a law enforcement agency a suspected offense rising from an investigation of harassment, intimidation, bullying, hazing, or cyber-bullying of a student or a visitor of a school who is under 18; creates a criminal offense for a person to knowingly interfere with a law enforcement officer, school resource officer, or other school security officer consulting with a district attorney general's office regarding the investigation. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39 and Title 49.
