As introduced, increases the cap on the amount healthcare providers can charge for copying medical records, other than for records involving workers' compensation cases, from $20.00 for the first five pages and 50 cents per page for each page copied after the first five pages, to $25.00 for the first five pages and 50 cents per page for each page copied after the first five pages. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.
