Summary
As introduced, increases from 120 to 180 days the period within which a public building must come into full compliance if the public building was constructed, enlarged, or substantially altered or repaired after July 1, 2012, and is discovered to have deviated from the standards and specifications of the Tennessee Public Buildings Accessibility Act. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 120.
