Summary

As introduced, requires an employee in the preferred service system to file an appeal regarding an adverse employment action to the board of appeals not later than 10 days rather than 14 days after the date the employee became aware, or should have reasonably became aware, of the adverse action. - Amends TCA Section 8-30-318.
