Summary
As introduced, creates the children's program outcome recovery team, to be organized by the Tennessee commission on children and youth, to review cases of children and families being served by the department of children's services; requires the children's program outcome recovery team to report the previous year's findings and recommendations for improving the department of children's services to the governor and the members of the general assembly by January 15 each year. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 37.
