Summary
As introduced, before enacting a zoning ordinance or any amendment thereto, the chief legislative body of a municipality shall publish notice of the public hearing to consider the ordinance or amendment on its website, if available, at least 15 days in advance of the hearing. - Amends TCA Title 13.
