Summary

As introduced, adds emergency medical services personnel and 911 operators to persons who may receive compensation when killed in the line of duty; increases amount of such compensation from $25,000 to $500,000 annuity payable in 10 annual installments of $50,000. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 51, Part 2; Title 9 and Title 68, Chapter 140.
