Summary
As introduced, requires the state coordinator of elections to notify, in writing, the speaker of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives of any vacancy that occurs on the state election commission when the general assembly is not in session within seven days of the vacancy. - Amends TCA Title 2 and Title 4.
