Summary
As introduced, requires the department, in collaboration with the Tennessee financial literacy commission, to report the amounts allocated from fees collected from licensees under the Flexible Credit Act to the commission and whether any of the amounts allocated were used to assist individuals who are susceptible to predatory lending practices; requires that the department report its findings to the insurance and banking committee of the house of representatives and the commerce and labor committee of the senate no later than January 15, 2018. - Amends TCA Title 45 and Title 47.
