Summary

As introduced, allows a local education agency (LEA) that experiences growth in its average daily membership (ADM), excluding the ADM of the LEA's virtual schools, exceeding 2 percent for each year of a two-consecutive-year period to be eligible for an infrastructure stipend for the 2023-2024 school year. - Amends TCA Title 49.
