Summary
As introduced, allows retired employee, police officer, or firefighter of a political subdivision to accept employment with a political subdivision or the state without loss or suspension of retirement benefits; provided, however, such person is not eligible to accrue additional retirement benefits as a result of the employment. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 9; Title 12; Title 49 and Title 56.
Title
