Summary

As introduced, extends from 10 to 14 days following the date of last publication in a newspaper of a notice from the state fire marshal about the seizure of and intent to destroy contraband fireworks, the period during which an owner may claim the fireworks and after which, if no such ownership claim is made, the state fire marshal may destroy the fireworks. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 104.
