Summary

As enacted, removes the prohibition that a person 16 or 17 years of age may not be employed in any place where the average monthly gross receipts from the sale of intoxicating beverages exceeds 25 percent of the total gross receipts of the place of employment if the person is not permitted to take orders for or serve intoxicating beverages. - Amends TCA Title 50 and Title 57.
