Subject to local approval, grants the judge of the juvenile court the power to appoint, retain, reappoint, and supervise judicial commissioners; authorizes the juvenile judge to appoint and supervise a temporary or part-time judicial commissioner, subject to county legislative body appropriations for personnel. - Amends Chapter 56 of the Private Acts of 2012.
