Summary
As enacted, authorizes a clerk to accept bail bond by means of a debit card or mobile cash application; authorizes the clerk, if the clerk accepts such methods of payment, to charge a fee to pay for any cost charged to the clerk for accepting the applicable method of payment. - Amends TCA Section 40-11-118.
