Summary
As introduced, changes the date by which the department of safety must submit its annual report regarding offenders who have had ignition interlock devices installed on their motor vehicles from February 1 to February 15; clarifies the report shall be sent to the criminal justice committee in the house of representatives instead of the judiciary committee. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40 and Title 55.
