Summary
As enacted, extends application deadline for the 2017-2018 annual event period for five days after this act becomes law; requires payment of a $50.00 initial application fee at the time of submission of an annual event application and payment of the remainder of the application fee when the financial accounting is filed within 90 days after the event date. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 17, Part 1.
