Summary
As introduced, encourages the department of health to conduct a study concerning exposure to fluoride to the extent funds are specifically provided in the general appropriations act; any study conducted by the commissioner, to the greatest extent possible, should include utilizing the research personnel and tools available through the public and private teaching hospitals located in this state. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18, Part 1; Title 53, Chapter 1, Part 1 and Title 68.
