Summary

As introduced, for counties which provide county-wide fire protection and which fund fire protection services from revenue as an alternate to establishing fire tax districts, requires the annual budget to identify specific revenues and amounts generated by situs-based taxes and other revenue sources that have been shared with municipalities which are used to fund such fire protection services. - Amends TCA Title 5, Chapter 17, Part 1 and Title 58, Chapter 2.
