Summary

As introduced, requires a city in which there is located a special school district whose boundaries are coterminous with the city's boundaries to maintain effort in funding such school system; requires automatic increase in maintenance of effort if there is an increase in the number of students in the school district or inflation occurs. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 3, Part 3 and Title 49, Chapter 2, Part 2.
