Summary
As introduced, enacts the "State Route 126 (Memorial Boulevard) Safety Improvement Act" to require the department of transportation to initiate certain safety improvements to State Route 126 (Memorial Boulevard) in Sullivan County, such as the creation and development of certain highway shoulders, signage, guardrails, edge-of-pavement rumble strips, lanes, medians, and pavement markings and the removal of certain commercial entrances, vegetation, and obstacles. - Amends TCA Title 54.
