As introduced, authorizes Davidson County clerk to perform vehicle inspections, and collect a fee up to $37.50 for such inspection, prior to issuing certificate of title for a rebuilt motor vehicle. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 21, Part 7; Title 18, Chapter 6 and Title 55, Chapter 3.
