Summary
As introduced, rewrites present exemption to requirement that motor vehicle dismantlers must obtain copy of certificate of title before purchasing motor vehicle for scrap, to apply to motor vehicle manufactured in a year prior to issuance of certificates of title. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 17, Part 1 and Title 55, Chapter 3, Part 2.
