Summary
As introduced, requires the district attorneys general conference to provide, by March 1 of each year, the number of criminal investigators, senior criminal investigators, and chief criminal investigators employed in each judicial district to the judiciary committee of the senate and the criminal justice committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 7, Part 1; Title 8, Chapter 7, Part 2; Section 16-2-506; Title 38; Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 5 and Title 71, Chapter 6, Part 1.
