Summary
As introduced, requires each person responsible for a utility excavation or demolition to serve an additional notice of intent to excavate or demolish if the excavation or demolition is not completed within 20 calendar days, instead of 15 calendar days, from the actual date specified to start excavation or demolition. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 65.
