Summary

As introduced, adds carjacking and especially aggravated burglary to offenses for which a defendant is required to serve at least 85 percent of the sentence before release eligibility; provides that certain prisoners be released upon turning 65 if they have served 15 consecutive calendar years. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
