As introduced, extends from 90 to 180 days the maximum duration a contract to operate facilities or to conduct business operations within state parks can be when the contract is made without public advertisement of a request for proposals due to the previous contract having expired or been terminated. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 30, Part 1; Title 8, Chapter 30, Part 2 and Title 11, Chapter 3.
