Summary
As introduced, requires the state to pay each licensed teacher employed in the public schools of this state a bonus in an amount equal to one additional monthly installment of the teacher's salary for the respective year or $1,000, whichever is greater, if, for the immediately preceding fiscal year, the actual revenue collections exceeded the projected revenue collections by $100 million or more. - Amends TCA Title 49.
