Summary
As enacted, requires Tennessee State University (TSU) to annually submit a report to the governor and the general assembly, detailing the progress of improvements to TSU's facilities and infrastructure and how the improvements address the needs identified in the Tennessee higher education commission's evaluation on facilities and infrastructure needs for TSU on September 1, 2021. - Amends TCA Title 9 and Title 49.
