Summary
As introduced, renames the inmate disciplinary oversight board the correction oversight board; in addition to its current duties, requires the board to evaluate the effectiveness of private prison contractors with respect to facilities, inmate safety, gang activity, programs and services, and staff. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 41.
