Summary

As introduced, requires the department of health to reimburse an applicant's first attempt fee for taking the NREMT examination, a condition for an initial EMT or paramedic license to be issued, so long as the applicant has current or pending employment as an EMT, and has made a formal written request to the department. - Amends TCA Title 68.
