Summary

As enacted, removes the exclusion of petitioners who are victims of sexual assault or stalking from the provisions whereby an order of protection may direct the respondent to vacate home shared with the petitioner or to provide suitable housing alternative for the petitioner. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6.
