Summary
As introduced, declares it to be the intent of the general assembly to reduce the amount of state funds allocated per pre-kindergarten classroom by 25 percent for fiscal year 2012-2013, and such funds be reallocated to create additional voluntary pre-kindergarten classrooms. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 1.
