Summary
As introduced, prohibits a utility from terminating or otherwise interrupting utility service to its customers on a day for which the national weather service has issued a heat advisory or excessive heat warning for an area for which the utility provides services, or for two days following the issuance of the heat advisory or excessive heat warning. - Amends TCA Title 7; Title 65; Title 68 and Title 69.
