Summary

As enacted, increases the monetary threshold for purposes of defining "major maintenance" with respect to the repair or renovation of state buildings and structures; increases the monetary threshold of state lease agreements for purposes of having such lease agreements approved by the attorney general and reporter and the state building commission. - Amends TCA Section 4-15-107 and Section 12-2-115.
