Summary

As enacted, removes the fees for an initial inspection test and report of new or altered installations of elevators, dumbwaiters, escalators, moving walks, and aerial tramways; changes, from $300 annually to $300, the maximum fee that may be charged for the issuance of construction permits or for acceptance or follow-up inspections for new or altered elevators, dumbwaiters, escalators, moving walks, and aerial tramways. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 121.
