Summary

As introduced, requires, for purposes of contested case hearings and disciplinary matters, seven or more, rather than three or more, members to constitute a quorum, and the board chairperson is authorized, when it is deemed necessary, to split the board into panels of seven or more, rather than three or more, members each to conduct contested case hearings or disciplinary matters. - Amends TCA Title 68 and Title 71.
